Our Quality Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or if we have made an error (e.g., incorrect item sent), we take full responsibility.
In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Standard Returns
If you change your mind or wish to return a product for personal reasons, please note the following conditions:
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Product Condition: For health and hygiene reasons, products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
